Previously a yarn factory, Lanehouse on Bartlett is the first mult-residential development in a laneway in Toronto. A boutique development consisting of sixteen units of three floors each. A multi-award winning project, Lanehouse continues to be one of the strongest multi-residential projects in Toronto.

The conceptual narrative for the target demographic instinctually became a worldly and artistic couple who travelled often and enjoyed unique places and things. As the condominium interior designer Toronto, the narrative is one of our most important tools to convey a strong design.

Because the couple were well-travelled collectors, accessorizing the sales unit was an important task where NR sourced vintage finds from the immediate neighborhood to give the unit resonance.
